By accessing or using SessionCast ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SessionCast provides a terminal session streaming service that allows users to:

• Stream terminal sessions from PC to mobile devices in real-time
• Monitor AI CLI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and others
• Send commands to terminal sessions remotely

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Access systems or data without authorization
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

The Service and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or integrity of data transmission

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SESSIONCAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Security breaches or unauthorized access to your data
• Actions of third parties using the Service

9. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The content transmitted through your terminal sessions
• Securing your own systems and deployments
• Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Any consequences arising from your use of the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
